Join us for this 6-week class facilitated by local singer+songwriter+musician+teacher, Amber Darland. Both classically trained and self-taught, Amber has over 20 years of experience playing and teaching a variety of instruments. Ukulele is a perfect instrument for beginners and students of all ages. The small body makes it effortless to hold and its narrow neck allows for playing that is easy and comfortable. In a fun and friendly learning environment, you will discover the basics of the Ukulele, including proper playing position, basic chords, finger picking and strumming patterns.
